Arrangement description

Upon entering this 38-square-metre flat in the Tri-City, one immediately senses calm and balance. The simple, smooth fronts of the wardrobe welcome us with a subdued shade, while the cobalt-coloured handles attract attention – a small detail that is not accidental. This colour subtly recurs in the accessories, creating a coherent and well-thought-out whole. The design by Kleyna Design proves that even with limited space, you don't have to sacrifice character. Here, every material and shade has its justification. The whole is brought together by light, which not only brightens but also emphasises textures and proportions. The warm colour of the lamps brings out the softness of the surfaces, giving minimalism a cosy dimension. The living space, where the living room connects to the kitchen, is complemented by the Mist III pendant lamp – subtle, with a rounded form. Its soft light penetrates through the fabric lampshade, gently enveloping the interior and emphasising its cosy character. The composition is complemented by refined details in shades of blue and contrasting orange, which add energy and lightness to the arrangement. On the walls – microcement with a subtle texture, among the fabrics – softness and harmony. The kitchen is the heart of this flat – a place where functionality and warmth meet. Natural wood, stone and white create a harmonious backdrop for colour accents that enliven the space. The main lighting is provided by the white Mono IV strip, which is minimalist yet extremely practical. Its simple, cylindrical heads can be adjusted in any direction to create a variety of lighting scenes. This allows the lamp to remain discreet in form, yet indispensable when darkness falls outside the window. In the bathroom, the stone countertop meets the deep navy blue of the cabinet under the sink. Here, mood lighting reigns supreme – the Brazos II wall lamp with milky shades, whose diffused light illuminates the face in the morning and gently envelops the space in the evening. Paired with a round mirror and stone countertop, it creates the atmosphere of a home spa. Every inch of this space has been carefully thought out – from functional storage compartments to chrome details that reflect light and give the interior character. This is a flat for someone who finds beauty in simplicity. For someone who values balance, detail and light.
