Arrangement description

In the green town of Wiązowna, right by the river, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, a space full of light, shapes and new energy has been created. The protagonists of this place – a mother with her son and two cats – decided to start a new chapter in their lives. With the help of Tomasz Pągowski and the team from the TV show ‘Remont u Ciebie’ (Renovation at Your Place), their living room has been given a completely new identity. The main goal of the makeover was to combat the white colour scheme and replace it with colours that bring warmth and create a consistent style. Instead of cool, austere tiles, a warm wooden floor appeared underfoot, and the walls were covered with a delicately warmed shade of concrete. On one of them, right next to the fireplace, decorative plaster was used to give the surface a 3D effect and a subtle loft character. A wall in a deep shade of red has become a strong accent in the interior design. This is where bold wallpaper with an image of a woman was used – a graphic that not only attracts attention but also combines all the shades present in the interior design. It has become the perfect backdrop for the dining area, where a black, round table and chairs with rattan backrests have been placed. The Cameleon system with Hermanos C luminaires was also installed here, whose light precisely illuminates the dining table, creating the perfect atmosphere for shared meals and conversations. The change in the interior layout – the new location of the TV and the relocation of the sofa – allowed the interior to be divided into zones. The lounge area features a new, rounded beige sofa – cosy and functional, with a sleeping function. Above it, an open shelf has been installed, incorporating black Whell Lux II wall lamps, whose light promotes relaxation and whose colour harmonises with the new black furniture. Next to the TV, there is a Mono floor lamp, which subtly illuminates the space in the evening, perfect for relaxing with a book or a film. A ceiling lamp from the Satellite collection was used as the central lighting. There is also plenty of fun with form and colour. Two coffee tables in cherry tones – different shapes, but similarly rounded. The whole is decorated with a fashionable rounded mirror in an orange frame, which enlivens the entire arrangement. The whole is tied together by a delicate breeze of curtains, which introduce softness and homely warmth. As the owner herself emphasises, the living room has not only gained a new style, but has actually become larger. This is thanks to a well-thought-out composition – from the arrangement of the furniture, through the colours, to the layered lighting, which perfectly supports the functions of each zone and creates an atmosphere tailored to the needs of the household members.
