In this modern barn-style house, colour sets the tone for the interior design. Vibrant cobalt, broken up by orange accents and complemented by various shades of blue, runs throughout the space, giving it an energetic character. The author of the design is Kinga Szwej from the Kaza Concept studio, who is also the owner of the house and took great care of every detail. Today, we take a look at one of the two bathrooms – a place where design meets functionality. The strongest accent in the interior is the cobalt cabinet under the washbasin, custom-made from aluminium. Thanks to this, it will cope perfectly in a humid environment, maintaining its perfect appearance for years. The intense shade of cobalt contrasts beautifully with the light wood of the furniture, white ceramics and subtle wallpaper with a delicate pattern. The interior is complemented by black accents – a round mirror in a metal frame, doors and installation details. Graphite fittings emphasise the modern character of the bathroom and go well with the cool tones of blue. An orange detail, visible in the soap dispenser, brings a breath of freshness to the interior. The whole is complemented by two wall lamps from the Brazos collection with an increased degree of protection – IP44, which makes them a safe choice for places with increased humidity. What distinguishes this arrangement is the interaction of lighting with colour – warm, atmospheric light softens the intensity of the colour. Their rounded form harmonises with the mirror, and the combination of black and frosted glass emphasises the colour consistency. Thanks to them, the bathroom gains atmospheric light that beautifully builds the atmosphere. It is a space that delights, and the bold approach to colour gives everyday life a unique effect here.
